Over this past weekend, we had originally booked a couple of nights away at Sunnyfield Campsite in Kent to go camping, but after rain and thunderstorms towards the end of last week, we decided against setting up camp in the rain, and thought we'd head over there first thing on the Saturday morning. We arrived there fairly early and set up camp as quickly as possible, to give us the day to chill out and make the most of it. It turned out that it didn't actually rain there the night before, so we could've gone down on the Friday after all, but didn't want to risk it just in case.

Was a really nice couple of days and single night away - probably a bit too short considering all the effort it takes to set up the tent, but glad we did it after not having gone camping in a couple of years. We're busy looking now for other upcoming weekends to try book in another trip there, but for a bit longer next time :)
